I really enjoy making hol­iday cards. I’ve cre­ated Christmas cards once (from scratch, including the envelopes) and St. Valentine’s Day cards twice. I had an inter­esting idea for Thanks­giving Day cards this year, but I have run out of time to exe­cute on it. I have a day or two to con­sider whether to send out any Thanks­giving Day cards or simply wait a week and create gen­eral pur­pose hol­iday cards.

I didn’t have any grand design in mind. I was inspired by the book cover for “Dan­gerous Curves” by Doyald Young. I have to admit that the whole thing didn’t feel very inspired, but I liked the idea. I have had trouble with inspi­ra­tion lately. This is prob­ably a sign that I need addi­tional cre­ative stim­ulus. The best way to do this would be to get out of my office more often and interact with the world.

Found online yes­terday: Need for Speed: Under­cover. I am looking for­ward to this game because it is not only going to be avail­able for the Wii but also the iPhone as well. I really enjoyed the last NFS game (“Carbon”). The web­site is well made.
