So Monica discovered this new product recently: Sahale snacks. They have a small line of glazed nuts, but their popular product (at least, it’s popular in our apartment) are the nut blends. In addition to being all natural (no preservatives, no refined sugar, no artificial flavors) the nut blends have very strange and wonderful flavor combinations. They have six blends, each featuring a different nut. My personal favorite (at the moment) is the Dauphine blend: walnuts mixed with banana chips, coconut, ginger, blueberries, lavendar, and white pepper. See? Very interesting combination. Monica’s favorite seems to be the Valdosta: pecans with cranberries, black pepper, and lemon zest. That might be my second favorite. It is also the most simple combination. Some of the snacks combine quite a few different ingredients and spices.

Found online: The National Palace Museum in Taipei, Taiwan. I am really impressed by the website. They have wonderful typography and beautiful graphics, particularly in their exhibit pages. There is also a wonderful Flash-based interface for examining some of their calligraphy. I would love to be a graphic designer for a museum. Great content!
