Some­thing inter­esting I saw today on the Food Net­work: pink pep­per­corns. I actu­ally saw them used in two dif­ferent shows. They can be used for a really beau­tiful effect. There is one dish in par­tic­ular, a chicken and waffle dish from Bar Amer­i­cain, that is made mouth­wa­ter­ingly attrac­tive with these tiny berries. I’m not sure where around here I can find them.
